A Scrum Master is like the coach of a sports team, but for people creating software in a fast-paced and flexible way known as Agile. They make sure everyone knows the game plan (in this case, Scrum—a set of rules and practices for efficient teamwork) and helps the team work together smoothly. They're there to solve problems that might slow the team down and to cheer them on, ensuring they can do their best work. The Scrum Master works closely with the team's leader, who decides what the team should work on, to make sure everything gets done well and on time, all while making sure the team keeps getting better at what they do.
